Are you kidding me? Please, for once, proofread things before you publish them. Better yet, have someone who knows and regularly uses proper grammar proofread your stuff. Once they're done banging their head against the nearest hard surface, they'll give you a list of corrections to be made before you hit publish so you don't look [so] ignorant.Unthaw is not a word. Not only that, but thaw means to defrost something. To un-thaw would mean to freeze it, but your "body hack" suggests a method of defeating brain freeze, the OPPOSITE of what you said!Unstitch is not a word, either. There are so many spelling and grammatical errors on this website that it’s almost painful to read. If you have children I beg you not to home school them. Please get them a library card as soon as possible and encourage them to regularly read books with over 100 pages. I suggest you do the same.
