The standard Conservative "rail against the government" thrown in I see.
It wouldn't happen if the liberals would stifle only their rights and quit infringing on others.
Your right to swing your fist ends at my nose.
Smoking is the "right" inflicted on others. Light up in a crowded room, and everybody is have a smoke. Your "right" to smoke doesn't trump others right to not smoke.
If you breathe my smoke I should charge you. The damn things aren't cheap.
I'm glad there are smoking bans in public places. I come home from clubbing and my clothes don't reek of cigarettes. I can breathe and see in a bar and public places.
The owner of the club should have the right to decide if smoking is allowed. If you don't like smoke, don't go to clubs that allow it. THAT is freedom of choice.
